Refund policy


The warranty is in effect for two years from the date you received the item. Repairs during this time will be free of charge if due to a manufacturing defect and not caused by the end-user. Upon receiving the unit, warranty repairs will be granted pending inspection of the unit.

There is a 7-day, no questions asked return policy, beginning when you receive your pedalboard. The shipping cost will be at your expense; any damages caused by the end-user will be deducted from the refund. Units purchased from a dealer do not qualify for this 7-day policy. If you bought your pedalboard from a dealer, contact them for store warranty policies.

Any unauthorized modifications to the pedalboard will void your warranty. Any damage caused by using incorrect adapters will void your warranty.


Our policy lasts seven days from the moment you receive your unit. If seven days have expired since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery would not be considered for a refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable timeframe.


Canceling an order before the assembly started and payment was made using the SHOPIFY GATEWAY, are conditioned to Shopify TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
As of March 1st, 2020, Shopify is no longer refunding the processing fees. If the seller approved your refund, the SHOPIFY PROCESSING FEES would be deducted, and the balance will be refunded to you. It may take a few days for Shopify to process your refund.


If you haven’t received your refund, first recheck your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be advised of your product return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, time will vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking, and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
